  • The model number of your product
  • What spare part you require
  • Colour of your unit
  • Postal address for spare part


If you are unsure as to whether your unit is still under warranty then we recommend emailing us at  [email protected], specifying the model code and unit colour.

With this information we can determine if your unit is still under warranty.
