Step 2: Receive your order
After placing your order, you'll receive your blank labels at the address you provided within 1 to 3 working days.
Step 3: Create the design
Whether you have a ready-made design or want to create one from scratch, you'll need to go to our design software. From there, you can enter your software code received with the product or select a template or Microsoft template.

Step 4: Print your labels
Bring your design to life by printing your labels. To do this, click "Preview and Print" in the bottom right corner of our software. You can then download a PDF and start printing your labels! Check out all our printing tips.

You can write with a ballpoint pen on all our blank labels, even after printing.
You can also write with a permanent marker or use an ink pad on most of our blank labels, except for metallic papers (gold and silver), glossy laser printer paper, and clear plastic. Their satin or glossy finish will cause ink to bleed.
Our retail packs offer our most popular labels in convenient pre-packed quantities (10, 50, 100 sheets, etc).

The white plastic labels are made of extremely hard-wearing plastic material, suitable for labelling indoors and outdoors.
Recycled kraft paper labels are spill-resistant, and textured cream paper labels are moisture-resistant, even for bottles submerged in an ice bucket.
