- File format: pdf, jpg, png, psd, eps, ai, tiff
- Resolution: minimum 300dpi resolution at print size
- Text size: 7 point size or greater
- Line thickness: 0.5 point or greater
- Bleed: 1.6 mm all around the design
- Colour mode: CMYK (recommended), RGB
- Fonts: converted to outlines if possible

We have a no minimum order quantity, meaning that each and every binder can be totally unique, and the protective matte or gloss coating ensures your design stays vibrant all year round. If you aren’t exactly sure what you want, don’t worry, our team are on hand to talk you through the different options and help you produce the perfect design.
Our ring binders are available in a lever arch file size with a ring capacity of 65mm, or A4 or A5. We’ve also got a whole variety of uses under our belt including training manuals, employee handbooks, recipes books and even portfolios. Because of this, we have created an online design tool with a range of templates if you’re in need of a little inspiration.
All that’s left for you to do is upload your design or select from a wide range of pre-designed templates, then choose your finish. The only real limitation is your imagination.
