Design File Guidelines
- File format: pdf, jpg, png, psd, eps, ai, tiff
- Resolution: minimum 300dpi resolution at print size
- Text size: 6 point size or greater
- Line thickness: 0.5 point or greater
- Bleed: 1.6 mm all around the design
- Colour mode: CMYK (recommended), RGB
- Background: transparent for clear and coloured materials

How to customise your badges?
You can customise each badge on the same sheet of labels thanks to our printing service. We explain how!
- Using our configurator at the top of this page, choose the badge shape, size and quantity, then move on to the customisation step in our online Design & Print software.
- In the image opposite, you can see the options highlighted in red boxes for importing data and adding sequential numbers.
- In the navigator, you only see one badge/label. To add more, use the Import Data or Sequential Number feature or click the Add icon in the Navigator section.
Once you have added additional badges/labels, you will then see the "Edit all" or "Edit One" button appear. You can select each badge/label to work on in "Edit one" by clicking on it and then you can directly customise it. This will give you different badges on the same sheet of labels.
