Where is my package? How can I track the shipment?

You can monitor the status of your order in your user account at any time. You will also automatically receive a shipping notification by email as soon as your products have been dispatched. In this email you will also find the corresponding tracking number for tracking your package.

How long does the delivery take?

Please note that delivery times vary depending on the product category.

Delivery times for the WePrint service:

Approx 3 - 5 working days

Please allow about 5 - 7 working days for binder orders. If there are more than 50 files, please allow a delivery time of approximately 10-15 working days.

Please allow 12-14 working days for the labels and stickers on a roll.

Delivery times for blank labels:

Approx. 2 - 3 working days.
Please allow approx. 10-12 working days for orders of 10,000 sheets or more.

Express production
Skip the queue and get your order fast tracked. 

Order before 12noon Mon-Fri for same day dispatch. Delivered within 2 working days.

Orders placed on a weekend/bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day and delivered within 2 working days. 

Please note. For orders of binders/folders, labels & stickers on a roll and orders over 10,000 sheets we advise not opting for Express production, as the lead time on these products is longer - so are unavailable for Express production.

Express production can't be guaranteed for non-GB mainland orders, so may not appear as an option.

How much are the shipping costs?

£3.98 or free on orders £40 and over for UK goods.

Express production is not always available, if it is the cost is £14.50

All shipments are delivered safely and reliably with UPS. When planning your order, please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends. In addition for islands with specific shipping times for example weekly orders by air, shipping will be delayed until the weekly shipment drop.

Which countries do you deliver to?

UK and Ireland only.

Can I have delivery to different addresses?

Yes, you can also specify a different delivery address. Just make sure that you provide this as an additional shipping address. You can select this during the ordering process or enter it directly in your user account.

If I order different products, do they all arrive on the same day?

We guarantee that you will receive your orders as soon as possible. It is therefore possible that we send your orders in separate shipments if your products have been completed at different times.

Of course, you only pay the shipping costs once!

How can I send something back?

If your order is for blank labels, please notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return them. You have a further 14 days to then send them back to receive a full refund within a  28 day period.
