Frequently Asked Questions
The term Iridescent describes our stickers very well. Iridescence is the phenomenon of certain surfaces that appear to gradually change colour as the angle of view or the angle of light changes. Iridescence is caused by wave interference of light in microstructures or thin films. Examples of iridescence include oil in water, soap bubbles, and minerals such as opal.
1. Step one is to source a quality holographic material which comes on a huge reel which is cut into sheets.
2. We run these sheets through our state-of-the-art digital printing press. The supplied custom design is printed using four inks - cyan, magenta, yellow and black. When combined they make a full colour, hi-resolution image and text.
3. After that we apply an optional gloss protective varnish to keep the printed design safe from bumps and scratches.
4. The stickers are then cut to shape using a laser die cutter.
5. The sheets are then Individually into single-cut stickers.
