FAQs about Iron on fabric transfers

You can use our fabric transfers on all cotton clothing and accessories (t-shirts, jackets, bags, caps, etc.).

The rendering is optimal with a 100% cotton. However, the transfer can tolerate a cotton/polyester blend with at least 40% cotton (result not guaranteed).

Simply choose the appropriate transfer based on the color of your fabric: white/light or black/dark. Textile transfers cannot be used on synthetic fabrics that cannot be ironed.

Our most popular fabric transfer papers are designed to be printed with an inkjet printer. You can choose between white or light cotton transfer paper and black or dark cotton transfer paper.

If you only have access to a laser printer, you can use our laser transfer paper on white or light-colored textiles only.

Yes, our fabric transfer paper can withstand multiple washing cycles in the washing machine at 30°C or 40°C , provided you follow the application instructions carefully and wait 24 hours before washing for the first time. Always iron the t-shirt inside out to avoid damaging the transfer.

A fabric transfer consists of a thin iron-on layer on which your design is printed and a more durable backing layer to allow it to pass through an inkjet or laser printer. Under the influence of the heat from the iron, the thin iron-on layer is transferred to the fabric.

Let your creativity run wild! Text, illustrations, photos: anything is possible!

With our light textile transfer, the unprinted parts will be transparent (ideal for funny phrases for example!) and you will see the textile in slight transparency behind your design.

If you're choosing a colored fabric and want your design to stand out, opt for our dark fabric transfer instead. The unprinted areas will be white.

Our textile transfer sheets are A4 size : easy to print and cut as you like!
