How to add the same barcode to each label

To create labels with the same barcode, follow the steps below:

  1. Using the configurator, select any format, size and shape.
  2. Click the 'Start designing or upload' button.
  3. Choose 'Create' to open Design & Print.
  4. Add a barcode by either;
    1. Uploading an image from your device
    2. Generate using 'QR and Barcodes' option in the left sidebar.
      1. Select 'Enter manually'
      2. Pick a barcode type from the 'Industry Standard Format' list
      3. Enter the barcode details
      4. Click 'Finish'

How to place different barcodes on the same sheet of labels

At Avery, we use digital printing presses, allowing us to print unique information on each sheet label. This is called Variable Data Printing (VDP).

To create variable barcodes, follow the steps below:

  1. Use the configurator on this page, select Sheet format and a standard size and shape. Please note VDP is not currently available for custom shape and size.
  2. Click the 'Start designing or upload' button to open Design & Print.
  3. Choose the 'QR and Barcodes' option in the left sidebar.
  4. Provide your variable date in one of these ways:
    • Enter manually
    • Spreadsheet
    • Sequential Number
  5. Check your data in the 'Navigator' pane.
