Variable Data Printing - Making every label unique

Hi and welcome to Avery UK. In this short video, I'm going to show you how to use the new variable data printing service from Avery. This makes it possible to add unique text images or numbers to every label and sticker on a sheet. To begin with, you choose the format sheets, and then you can pick your shape, size, finish, etcetera. Then we click start designing or upload, create option, pick up a blank template. So in this example, I'm going to show you how to how to add a barcode. So we go to the QR and barcode section, add QR barcode, sequential numbers. Next. We're going to create one hundred unique barcodes. We're going to prefix it barcode dash. Click next. So in this example, we've got a code one two eight industry standard format. So we're gonna bring over the sequential numbers in there. We're gonna update our preview. So you can see now it's got barcode dash one, and we can finish that. And this will create one hundred barcodes, which you can navigate over here so you can view each one. You can now add additional text, and this will add them add it to all. So now once you've added your text, you can view each of your barcodes. So you can go up to the final barcode, which was one hundred. So you can see it's barcode dash one hundred. Once you're happy with those thumbnails, we can click next. If you're logged in, you can save your artwork. So on this page, we can review the labels that we're gonna get printed. So at the moment, it's a white paper sheet labels. Important part here is the labels per variant. So at the moment, we've just got one label per variant. So we got one hundred labels. If you wanted to print each barcode twice, you could put that up to two, so then you'd get two hundred labels. We can add to basket, And that's it. We've got one hundred unique barcodes in our cart that we can check out with. So if you wanna go back to edit the design, you can you click this link.
