- File format: pdf, jpg, png, psd, eps, ai, tiff
- Resolution: minimum 300dpi resolution at print size
- Text size: 6 point size or greater
- Line thickness: 0.5 point or greater
- Bleed: 1.6 mm all around the design
- Colour mode: CMYK (recommended), RGB
- Background: transparent for clear and coloured materials

Our Express Roll Labels are designed for those customers who need something quicker where maybe our Premium Roll Labels are not right.
Printed on our newest machine, these roll labels have a much quicker lead-time of just 1–3 working days, making them perfect for last-minute launches, urgent reprints, or unexpected production curveballs.
To keep production fast we offer one material, our most popular and versatile material, White Paper, which is perfect for almost any application. For more material options, try our Premium Roll Labels.

Express Roll Labels are professionally printed labels supplied on a roll, produced using a streamlined setup that allows for super-fast turnaround – typically 1–3 working days.
Orders are usually printed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, making this our fastest shipping roll label option.
The main differences are speed, choice, and price.
Express Roll Labels are faster and cheaper because the process is more streamlined, printing on 1 material and offering 1 finish - we can produce and ship much quicker.
Premium Roll Labels offer more materials and a more premium finish with the option to add varnishes and even embellishments like Gold foil - but they have a longer lead-time and are more expensive.
As we use a different printer and process there will be a difference in the overall finish. The labels you get are still professionally printed and of high quality, but the Premium Roll Labels do offer a greater depth of colour, material and finishes.
No– labels are supplied neatly on a roll, making them ideal for hand application, but not machine as to keep the process streamlined we do not offer multiple winding directions.
