1.
This prize draw is open to all UK
mainland and republic of Ireland residents
except employees of Avery Dennison
and their families, agents and representatives.
No entrants under the age of eighteen
are eligible to enter the draw. 2.
All entries must be received by 31st
March 2005, no entries will be accepted
after this date. The draw will take
place seven days after the closing
date. Winners will be notified in
writing by Avery Dennison no later
than 28 days after this date. 3.
No responsibility can be accepted
for lost, incomplete or illegible
entries. 4. The winner
of the holiday prize will be the first
entry drawn at random, with the Personal
Label Printer prizes being awarded
to the first ten companies to purchase
the Photo ID System. 5.
By entering the draw entrants details
may be used for marketing purposes
unless otherwise stated on entry form.
Prize winners may be required to participate
in any publicity arising from an award
of a prize. 6. Holidays
booked using the Thomas Cook holiday
voucher are subject to availability
and must be booked through Thomas
Cook Travel Agents. The prize will
be in the form of ‘Thomas Cook Worldwide
Travel Vouchers’ to the value of £400.
7. Prizes are not transferable and
no cash alternative is available.
8. The promoter’s decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered
in to. 9. All entries
