Plan an Effective Meeting with Correspondence Cards

Make your next meeting more effective by planning where you want attendees to sit! Use Avery® Correspondence Cards and Avery Design & Print Online to get maximum participation, and maximum branding impact!

Step 1: Start Your Project

Instructions: Go to Avery Design & Print Online. Click on Create a New Project to get started.

Step 2: Select the Correspondence Card Template

Instructions: Find your product by entering the product code into the Find Product Number or Description field. Click on Next. On the Select a Design to Personalise screen, click on the blank template.

Step 3: Customise your Correspondence Card

Instructions: You’ll see 4 panels. Remember that each delegate card has a front and a back. To replace the placeholder text with your information, click the text boxes inside the template. You probably want to include the delegate’s name and company, and maybe a logo representing your company or the conference. Just click on Add Image to start image insertion.

Step 4: Format

Instructions: You can change the font style, size, and colour of your text.

Step 5: View Instructions and Print

Instructions: To start printing, click on Next. Before you print, we recommend that you click View Instructions. When you're done, click Print Your Project. Use only Avery brand products for guaranteed results.

Step 6: Save

Instructions: After you print, click Next and click the Save Your Project button. Your project will be saved in the Avery Design & Print Online format. This allows you to open and edit the project in the future using Avery Design & Print Online.
