Add a Company Logo to Your Mini Labels

Avery® Mini Labels are perfect for using on your mailing as return address labels, why not make them stand out by adding a company logo or a graphic? These simple step-by-step directions will show you how easy it is to add a company logo and give your address labels a really professional look using Avery Wizard software.

Step 1: Get Started

Instructions: Download your free copy of Avery Wizard software for Microsoft® Office. After the quick installation, start Microsoft Word and click on the Avery icon on your toolbar to launch the Avery Wizard. Click Next to start a new project.

Step 2: Select Your Avery Product

Instructions: Enter the product number or description of your mini labels, then click on the Search button. Choose your product from the list, then click Next.

Step 3: Choose How You Want to Enter Information

Instructions: To create return address labels, select Create a sheet of identical layouts which will automatically fill out the page of labels with the same information. Then click Next.

Step 4: Customise, Design and Select Print Options

Instructions: Add your text to the label template and use the tools on the toolbar to format your text. To insert a graphic simply click on the insert clip art icon and browse for your image. Click on your image then click Insert. Adjust the size and position of your graphic, then click Next.

Step 5: Print Preview

Instructions: Click on the Print Preview button to check that your project will print correctly. You can click Close at the top of the print preview screen and select Back if you need to edit or make changes to your design.

Step 6: Finish

Instructions: After you've previewed your project and made any changes, click on the Finish button. Please note, once you select Finish you will not be able to go back and edit your project within the Avery Wizard. You will however be able to make changes to each label within the Microsoft Word document. Your Avery Mini Labels are now ready to be printed!
